Helpful Quick Answers

FAQs

Can you deliver directly to McCormick Place?

Yes. We deliver to McCormick Place and other Chicago venues on show schedule, coordinating with advance warehouse, direct-to-show floor, or booth setup teams depending on the event.

How fast can you produce a trade show display?

Standard pop-up displays and banner stands can be produced in three to five business days. Custom booths require four to six weeks from approved design. We can also rush selected items for last-minute exhibitors.

Do you store displays between shows?

Yes, storage and show-ready kitting are available. We hold your hardware between events, pack for each show, and ship to the next venue with tracking so your team just shows up and sets up.

Can you refresh our existing booth with new graphics?

Absolutely. Most pop-up, fabric, and banner-stand hardware is graphic-swappable. Send us the manufacturer specs of your existing hardware and we can produce new panels that drop in without new hardware.

Do you set up the booth for us?

For local Chicago shows, yes we can install and tear down at the venue. For shows outside Chicago we work with a national install network so someone qualified sets up your booth wherever the show is.
